Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–14 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, or operational capacity.
During periods of increased demand, including sales or holidays, shipment processing may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact support@remedecollective.com with your order number for assistance.
Whipped Product Disclaimer
Certain whipped products may soften or melt during transit, particularly during warmer months. Shipping temperatures are beyond our control, and Remède Collective is not responsible for products that melt during shipment.
If a whipped product arrives melted or partially melted, it remains safe and effective for use. The whipped texture is achieved by incorporating air into the formulation, which may be affected by heat exposure during transit.
Remède Collective is not liable for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when damage, loss, or theft occurs. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as carriers may require documentation to process a claim.
Remède Collective offers Route Shipping Protection at checkout. When Route protection is added, the order is covered in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit, subject to Route’s terms and conditions.
Claims may be filed directly with Route. Route Shipping Protection is strongly recommended, as Remède Collective is not responsible for shipping-related issues when coverage is not selected.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
While we attempt to validate shipping addresses through USPS, Remède Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact the customer for correction. If we are unable to obtain an updated address, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Remède Collective is not responsible for packages that cannot be recovered due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failure to retrieve packages upon delivery.
